• Senior Hair Stylist:

  You will be a team player who is well presented with exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will be totally client focused and able to deliver excellent customer care.

  You will be hold an NVQ or equivalent level 2 & 3 qualification with current salon experience running a busy column with excellent cutting, colouring and styling. This role requires a minimum of 4 years’ experience.

  In return you will receive a competitive salary + commission with full training from Redken.

  The right candidate can earn with commission £400+ per week.
  Hours will be approximately 41.5 hours per week to include evenings and Saturday.

• Hair Stylist:

  We are currently recruiting new stylists at our salon to expand our skilled team. We are seeking stylists that would like to work in a creative and motivated atmosphere.

  You will be a team player who is well presented with exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will be totally client focused and able to deliver excellent customer care.

  You will be hold an NVQ or equivalent level 2 & 3 qualification with current salon experience running a busy column with excellent cutting, colouring and styling. This role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

  In return you will receive a competitive salary + commission with full training from Redken.

• Apprentice Stylist:

  full-time

  
  Would you like the opportunity to learn from a team of experienced hairdressers in a salon environment? We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated people to join us as hairdressing apprentices.

  Salon responsibilities will include:

  Greeting clients, washing hair, supplying refreshments to clients, and maintaining the presentation of the salon at all times.

  The right candidate will have a willingness to learn, and a passion for all things hair.

  No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided, but the passion to be a hairdresser is vital. You will be trained to NVQ level 2 whilst attending Heart of England college one day a week, which once completed, will open the door to many exciting opportunities to further your career with progression to study your Level 3 in hairdressing.

  Qualifications and Skills:

  You must possess great organisational skills and take great pride in your personal appearance.

  GCSE grade C/Level 4 or above are desirable but not essential.
